Identity creation and theme-oriented concept & design execution for this annual gathering to Wichita of all World Impact staff.

Conceptually based on the phrase “spiritual ryhthms”, which is a way of talking about the traditional Christian practice of establishing a rule of life—an intentional arrangement of spiritual practices, attitudes and relationships by which one regularly and routinely makes oneself available for God’s work of transformation in their life.

Arrangements & rearrangements of the identity elements plays into this, and jibes with the connotations of rhythm from its musical roots.
