World Impact › City Gospel Champions

Concepted with the goal of creating a tangible and tactile connection between newly acquired World Impact sustaining donors and the World Impact church partners enabled to receive WI training at an affordable cost.

Each sustaining donor—individual or team—receives a kit which includes a personalized greeting card, an access card giving access to free resources from World Impact, a City Gospel Champions bookmark with scripture, a Poverty & Justice Bible highlighting more than 2,000 verses that wake us up to issues of poverty and justice, and a Bethlehem olive wood comfort cross, individually hand-carved and smoothly sanded from a single piece of olive wood pruned from the olive trees that flourish around the holy city of Bethlehem.

The church leadership team receiving the World Impact training at an affordable cost—made possible by our sustaining donors—also receives a cross, creating a symbolic connection between the partner church being trained, the sustaining individual or church team, and our lord and savior Jesus Christ.
